We meet on the 1st Thursday of the month at 9:45 at a member's home. We meet for about an hour and a half to discuss the current month's selection. Book choices for the year are made in June by members nominating and voting for their choices.

BRIDGE - LADIES We meet on the 3rd Monday of each month to play party bridge at a member's home.
DOUBLE PINOCHLE We play double pinochle on the 1st Saturday night of each month at 6:30 PM. Husbands and friends are welcome to join us.
CANASTA - TUESDAYS We meet each Tuesday to play two four-hand games of Canasta with partners in groups of four.
Chick Flicks is a movie viewing group. We usually meet at the theater. Days and times vary, and group members sometimes get a snack before or after the show.
Coffee & Tea Time will usually meet on the 1st Monday of each month, but dates will change for special events. If you like to enjoy time with friends over Coffee or Tea, wake up and smell the coffee (or tea) with fellow Newcomers!

HAPPY COOKERS
We have different themes each month and share hosting duties.
We have a full kitchen right now at Happy Cookers. Put your name in for the wait list with the Interest Group Leader if you want to join.
About every other month, an excursion is planned, such as visiting a local winery for a wine tasting or enjoying music while sipping some wine at the vineyard. Breweries and distilleries also have provided enjoyable destinations.
We meet monthly, usually on the 3rd Wednesday. Members rotate planning a Happy Hour each month at a different location, usually a bar or restaurant, although they have met poolside. Email reminders are sent out about one week before each monthly event.
We enjoy visiting and laughing while enjoying drinks (including soft drinks) and specials on food.

The distance is usually 2-3 miles. Locations include the Route 322 paved walk in Downingtown, neighborhoods in Exton, Struble Trail in Downingtown, Exton Mall, and Eagleview.
This group is for those interested in exploring a variety of different cultures. We hope to visit local museums, exhibits, ethnic festivals and fairs. Previously, we visited the Jenkins Arboretum and Longwood Gardens, and we enjoyed an oriental meal, French cuisine, and a Cinco de Mayo celebration. Meeting times vary depending on the activity.
